Adam Equipment Presents Scale to Winner of British Pie Awards 2011

Morecambe Football Club accomplished a different sort of goal by fending off competition from numerous butchers, bakers and chefs to win the Supreme Champion Award at the British Pie Awards. Adam Equipment was pleased to support the awards by presenting a prize of a WBW-M scale to the winner of the annual culinary contest, held in June in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, United Kingdom - home of the pork pie.

Consisting of chicken, leek and ham, the winning pie was created by Graham Aimson of Morecambe Football Club in Morecambe, Lancashire, UK. Aimson, head chef for the club, happily accepted his award, in addition to his brand-new WBW-M Approved Wash Down Scale. On hand to present the scale was Pat Welch, director of Allprep Ltd. in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Allprep is an Adam Equipment distributor.
